try this again...you go as high as you need to. your procedure protocol should tell you to raise cpap/ipap till apneas are gone.
i've tweaked one all the way up to 23cm(high as this one would go) patient was asking me to turn it up higher...first time he was able to breath through his nose...he loved it.(judge and lawyer...gave me free legal help because of it)
i've use mine set on 17cm for years.
compliance is acheived by patient education and support.
(ranted much more on thread above by mistake(scoring at night)
