Posted by SCNVSleep on June 06, 2002 at 09:12:19:Does Cheyne-Stokes Respiration HAVE to have desats to qualify as true C-S? I have a patient who has text book waxing and waning respiration effort and rate, but relatively steady sats @ 94%. Patient is obese, hyperlipidemic, negative for CHF.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
