Here is a quote from the LMRP:
"Polysomnography is the continuous, simultaneous monitoring and recording of various physiological and pathophysiological parameters of sleep for 6 hours or more, and includes a physician review,
interpretation and report."So it would appear that it only has to be 6 hrs recording, and sleep time is not a factor in billing.
