This is a great way to incorporate other medical disiplines into your Sleep Center. We used a Phsychologist for those patients who were fearful of the mask. Of course the night techs need to be very patient with instituting CPAP. And of course all patients should be quized about their apprehension to it and have a fitting before their night in the sleep lab. Some desensitization can begin here.
