Now just a little info on me. I've been doing sleep for just about 13 years and I've seen a lot of problems with titrations. One being mouth venting. I have tried just about everything from chinup strips, chinstraps the deluxe and the old Respironics small ones and the ResMed black ones. I've tried having them turn on their sides, full face masks, BiPAP, lowering the pressure, switching masks from nasal mask to pillows and back again. Small masks for larger ones. The problem I have right now is that, the doc I work for is not satisfied with the answers I've given him and he wanted me to ask my peers for any assistance they can give me. I look forward to any suggestions one might have. Just one favor though.... If you want to make a suggestion, make sure that it isn't one that I've already stated... saves all of us time.... Hope all of you are sleeping well.... and not being woken up by your day staph.....
