Wow 5-7 nights with 2.5 FTE's. What does the BOSS do? Are they one of the full-timers? That sounds to me like some serious understaffing.

We have 3 beds inhouse and 4 beds satellite clinics run 4 nights a week, sometimes 5 or 6, with 3.5 full time techs. The .5 is the Neuro Supervisor who does day PSG's and the MSLT's. I work from 11AM-9PM, scoring, ordering, etc... during the day, and patient prep in the evening. The night techs work from 7PM-5AM and 8PM-6AM.
