I have looked at AASM, APT, ASET, AARC, and as stated already, the CMS (Medicare) site, and that of all of the regional authorities (CLEC)as well.
Can't find it.
I think they are seeing updates to local carrier rules that require certification or state licensure as RT, CRT, REEGT, or RPSGT, it is not exclusionary to any one of these, and only applies to IDTF (free standing facilities) not hospitals....
