My AASM Bulletin just came. On page 30, They state that practice expense RVU's for phy based and freestanding labs will go up over 70% for 95810.
you have to go to the federal register from June 28th to see the actual RVU values.

It jumps to 27.26 RVU for TC alone. Thats a 79% increase.
They don't mention anything about hosp APC group increases.
No mention of tech credentialing requirement.
