That's sad and I can't help but wonder why your turn-over is so fast. Are you all hiring people who aren't interested in sleep medicine or paying your techs too low?
When we went through our AASM site visit, they stressed to administration how important it is to retain good sleep technologists, especially ones who have the RPSGT credential.
