We only pay RPSGTs $18/hr and work them 4 10 hour shifts. Our competing labs pay at least $4 more an hour and have 3 12 hour shifts. Our administration refuses to put RPSGTs in a higher pay bracket because it does not require a BS degree and/or most of the tech do not have a BS degree in any field.
