Yes, RRT's and REEGT's can both do sleep studies. and REEGT's I feel are better at sleep studies.
The arguements seem to be RRTs are a must in a sleep lab. This maybe true if you are only an apnea clinic. We are a sleep Lab and treat "SLEEP DISORDERS" not just apnea.
My background is EEG 15 plus years in the field.
RPSGT must be its own entity and everyone should figt the RRT associations lobbing for RRT only labs.
