I agree...
"Working harder, smarter, and holding high standards" is the way to go.But you have to draw the line somewhere... certainly you wouldn't tell your competators about your volume of patients, reimbursment, and employee salaries. Personally, if I discovered a nich'e market (titration of S/T) I would not be bragging it to my competators.
