The pamphlet is from
www.speaking ofwomenshealth.com
Their phone number is: 1-866-SWH-INFO
I called them and they gave me an Email address to report this matter to. I sent an Email stating the same thing I said in the original posting here. The person to Email is:
DHorewitz@speakingofwomenshealth.com
Trust me, I quoted the pamphlet verbatim. ON the back, it says, "Our sleep expert is: Kate Hamilton, Canyon Ranch Health Resort, Tucson, AZ"
"Edited by Ronda Gates, M.S."
