I am a PSG Tech who is more sleep deprived than my patients! Am on several Rxs (Remeron, Klonopin, Librax, Ativan, sudafed/guifenisen, estrogen, Prevacid, sometimes Melatonin) and trying to figure out which one is keeping me from sleeping more than 3 hours at a time. Had a sleep study done---all stage 2, little REM, no SWS, no apnea. Seem to wake up during REM. Can you suggest an antidepressent or other medication to increase my SWS? I'm getting VERY cranky! Thanks!
