Definitely agree that the ResMed mask is much superior to the Respironics one. No comparison.
Perhaps you could remind the DME provider that if the patient is not compliant, he will not need the expensive CPAP machine.
Since the DME provider wants to make a profit on each item, instead of considering the total profit he will make on your Lab's patients, you might express an interest in using a less greedy provider in the future.
