Posted by RPSGT on November 13, 2002 at 18:47:00:One of our referring doctors is requesting an extended montage for possible REM behavior disorder. He's not suspecting seizure activity. I've been performing night-time sleep studies for over seven years and I've never heard of using an extended montage for RBD. I feel like it will be a waste of time and with me being the only tech and having two patients per night, it's unnecessary. Any opinions?
