I should of been more clear in my first post. The physician wants an extended full EEG montage that would normally be used for monitoring nocturnal seizure activity. The patient has clear evidence of OSA with "an occasional swinging of an arm". I fully agree with using an extended EMG montage. It seems like all the extra EEG leads aren't going to help us any though. Also, we do not/will not use Collodian anymore.
