terrym --- from the Atlanta School of Sleep Medicine?

What if the doctor doesn't even know how to read such a study? If that were ordered in our lab (located in a rural area with no neurologist around to assist in interpretation either) we would only add the extra arm EMG leads. I've also never hooked up a full seizure montage for OSA/RBD. This will be a good discussion at our next meeting. Many thanks to the original poster; most of us are still learning and if we say we know it all already, we're full of it. This is a great forum for these type of topics!
