terrym--I really can't find any sleep reference materials that give a detailed approach to BiPAP. (Although my lab has limited learning materials-Ha) Even while I was in school, it seems no doctor or tech could agree on one stardard protocol. Could you please recommend some good references for me??
Also, I realize that sleep onset centrals are a normal response to CPAP for some people...do these usually subside after the patient has been on CPAP for days, weeks, etc???
