One night I had an enormous woman who was verbally abusive and threatened to punch me. She told me I had to take it because that's what I was getting paid for. I did lose my professionalism...told her that I was getting paid to do the test and then get the hell out of there, and if she wouldn't cooperate with me, then she could get the hell out, too. She was really, really mean...but she sure shut up quick when I told her that.
