Here are some questions I asked in another thread that are appropriate to this one. I ask them rhetorically, perhaps it would help to look over this list:
How many $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ do you pay, what is your night shift differential, what is your weekend differential, are you open on weekends, how much are health insurance premiums, do you offer short and long term disability pay, do you offer a 401(k) or a 403(b) plan and does it include matching, what type of pension plan do you offer, how much vacation time, how many paid holidays do you observe, do you offer flexible scheduling?? You know what I am getting at, please provide some details if you can do so on this forum. Thank you.
