I've worked with Somnologica and Alice. Yeah, there is a little hesitation in the screen on Somno, but its not a "problem". Every system has its own little quirks. Overall, I like Somnologica. It has worked extremely well in our lab. Tech support is probably right, you can fix what ain't broken.
