Our lab has six beds and three techs on each night. The techs usually pick which patients to setup and try to have each person running one CPAP and one PSG. Sometimes we do end up having a CPAP and a split. That's just the nature of taking care of people that need help. It does help to have a large enough lab to try to get an "early-to-bed" CPAP and a "late-to-bed" CPAP for one tech who has to do to titrations at once.
