The only clinic day visit code that does not reguire physician face too face time with the patient is 99211. It is a code typically used by nurses to give a shot or something very minor. The code pays $20-30 and would probably be a grey area in billing. Consult you billing dept and ask them. I have seen the code used for many minor nursing procedures but not in sleep.
