That's not a personal attack. He called no one a name, nor did he dismiss the original posters opinion. He simply stated his opinion. You need to pay attention to "intent." In reading his post, you can clearly see that his primary motive was to express his opinion on the importance of hiring an RPSGT. He might have come across a bit 'curt' but that's clearly secondary.
Now, lets look at your post. What was your intent? Your use of the phrase "personal attack" makes me wonder.
The poster did not say anything of a "personal nature."
