We're in rural Washington St. City of 30,000, county of 50,000. We have our Center (AASM - 4 bed doing 18-20 PSG's/week). There is also a 1 bed lab at the VA hospital in town. The other hospital in town (our competitor) just opened a 2 bed lab seeing pts 3 nights a week.
Bigger cities about 45-50 minutes away with two 4-bed labs.
We're running short of slots so we're going to add another night tech and see 4 pts/night 6 nights a week.
