Uhh... yea so let me re-state.... "he simply stated his opinion" WHICH was not the type of opinion that can be considered a personal attack.
"He assumed that the original poster attempted and failed the test."
Again, this is a natural assumption (not an attack) given that the original poster simply said:
"what is a fair price to be paid for being a scoring tech that is not registered"
Without more information, one can only assume he is taking about himself.
