True, except:
1)The guys who told us this were the ones setting it up - we already bought the equipment.
2)No one really cares all that much. Really, what's a point or two? Most doctors will throw CPAP at a head cold, anyway. At least that's what it seems like. "Non-invasive" is the key term here. At any rate, since this is medicine, not science, the SaO2 or CPAP being 'slightly skewed' probably doesn't matter.
3)I think the Sandman system actually calibrates all this stuff auto-magically. Not sure.
