Interal oximeter rely on the A/D circuit boards of the amplifier to receive their calibration values. For our biologic system, the software would indicate that either the DC values are too high, or the system failed a calibration check. Basically, at least with our system, you cannot perform a study if your PulseOx values are skewed. Might be time for you guys to get a new system!
