What i have seen and heard from the US over the years are people talking about and making judgements about home studies who have limited or no experience doing such studies. They quote failure rates in the 20-40% range etc. Costs are the same etc. This is nonsense. I have experience with ambulatory screenings and PSG's - thousands of them - over 6 years and can tell you that it is a huge advance over in-lab studies at least as far as initial diagnosis is concerned. Why do you object to Autopap at home? Have you personally had bad experiences with it?
