From a 2001 Accreditation manual minimum requirements:
PF1 Qualified clinical personnel must be available.
Standards:
1) Medical Director must be a licensed physician in the state of the center
2) Each center must have an ABSM boarded physician or one who has been accepted to sit for the exam
3) Technologists must work under the direction of a licensed physicianAnd, BTW, it is RPSGTs, they got rid of the periods a few years ago. ;)
