Pro-Tech (where I work) has some single ended thermocouples that may work. I take it you wish to put them in through a monitoring port to measure the patients breathing? They may be too thick for that, I am not certain.

Do you have any pressure transducers? We have come up with a way to monitor patient breathing easily with an adapter at the CPAP end of the tubing.
