Patient refused to continue CPAP titration after 2 hours of titration.
Slept afterwards with out CPAP and with lots of respiratory events.
How to score this study. Score only up to CPAP titration and mark lights on where the CPAP ended or continue scoring stages and respiratory events. Write in scoring comments about the discontinued therapy. This will not give any conclusive report. What do the most labs does in this situation. Is there any guideline in APT or ABSM?
