I would also suggest trying new finger probes to confirm the oximeter is the problem and it's not a bad probe.
Do you have a sense of which instrument is accurate and which one is bad? If not, try putting a 3rd oximeter in the mix (poor patient). If any 2 match, they're likely to be ok and the other one the bad one.
Then contact tech support for the bad instrument.
