All I know is that the company has had a lot of problems in the past with lawsuits etc. They do not have a lot of support staff so questions may go unanswered for quite awhile. Just because something looks great doesn't mean it is - remember the Delorean automobile? If you are looking at them I'd also suggest REMbrandt and Sandman as comparisons. Their companies can at least back up their systems.
