Posted by Sleepman on January 31, 2005 at 10:24:34:I know the thrust of most labs is to find night techs to do the acquisitions. But I've been in Sleep a number of years, have my RPSGT and a BA to boot. But everywhere I've worked there's been no advancement potential. There's been someone who was either there years before me and got the mgr job by seniority or someone was handpicked by admninistration to get the job, where the person essentially fell into the head position.
So how does a hard working guy like me catch a break when looking to better himself?
