Yes a tech should be able to do two titrations at the same time. Two split nights can be difficult but also done especially if they are not scoring. If they are unable to keep up due to the techs inexperience they should be on a training status and paid less for doing less. Any fully trained tech should be able to do two Split night studies and have them scored in a 12 hour shift.
