Yes, running 2 CPAPs in one night should not be a problem, especially if the tech does not have to score. One caveat: there should be sufficient time between patient arrivals and Lights Out to do quality mask fitting and CPAP education for each patient. This is usually the toughest part of the night when doing 2 CPAPs.
