The criteria for pediatric scoring is a 2 breath loss for an apnea. Hypopneas are rare but I would still use an arousal or 4%. Also a ETCO2 of 45 or > for 50% of the night or longer or 50 or > 10%. are significant findings. An Apnea index of 1 and an AHI of 1.5
