Be you in NJ,FL,TX,CA ,NM,OK the truth of the matter is we are seeing a change in PSG salaries accross the board. each year we are adding to our RPSGT numbers. insurance is lowering what it pays. Due to these factors we are seeing salaries starting to fall somewhat. My advice is get some where and hang on....its gonna get bumpy before it gets better.
