I have a sleep disorder but not apnea. I have had 2 sleep studies and
"wake" my self throughout the night with snoring. I then have extreme
dificulty waking in the morning. Like I have been drugged. I sleep
through loud alarms and multiple telephone calls.

Cigna insurance says I don't qualify for the CPAP, because the number of
wake occurance are slightly below the minimum requirement for sleep
apnea treatment. Does anybody have an alternate treatment? I have
already lost 1 job because of not being able to wake in time to get to
work in the mornings. I don't want to lose another.
