Dear Yvan,You might investigate a bipap machine. It cost more money -- but you usually use it at a lower pressure setting, since it will automaticly raise the pressure if you fail to take a breath. You can still get dry mouth if you completely relax -- but its not as bad as with high pressure. Also the complete mouth/nose mask may be the answer.
It took me 2 years to fully use a bipap machine -- so don't give up. It will get better.
