I work 11p - 7a. I do one of two things. I either come home, clean up, eat then go to bed. Or, I stay up until 2p or 3p then sleep until time to get ready for work. The hard part is your day off because I usually sleep that night with my family then I'm up all day but have to go in to work that night at 11p. Those times, I try to take a couple hours nap.
