Thanks for your reply Dr. B I talked to my doctor today and he increased my prozac to 20 mg a day and told me to give the cpap and the clonidine two more weeks and i should start getting over the fatigue and the run down feelings. Its getting harder to push myself each day. I have already missed over four months of work and now each day I'm the same tired self I've been for six months now. I've always been an outgoing person maybe there is hope in a couple more weeks.
