Our 9 yr. old son has great difficulty falling asleep.
It often takes 2 hrs. for him to fall asleep, and then
he is easily waken by normal household noise. He is
then finally in deep sleep, but difficult to arouse for
school. He can't verbalize any reason for his having
trouble falling asleep. The only thing that seems to
help is him coming out to the living room after every
one is asleep, and going to sleep on the couch. Any
ideas?????
