I would recomend at least a sleep study and a sleep lab that does alot of nocturnal seizure studies. Most labs deal mainly with sleep apnea and have little experience with seizures. The protocal would call for additional leads placed on the head to see if and where seizures were coming from during sleep. In some cases an apnic event can trigger a seizure or some other sleep disorder can be the trigger. There are alot of possibilities here but most sedative drugs make apnea worse so a sleep study is definitly in order. The ASDA has a list of all accredited sleep labs listed by state. You can find there list on SleepNet's Sleep Labs page. It is the first listing at the top of the page.
