wakeful maintenance testing??

does anyone have any experience with a test described as...
"wakeful maintenance" ? I am supposed to take one of these
to see if I am close to normal for daytime "wakefulness". I have been diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea, and havem been on CPAP for several months, but my nightly
compliance or usage is not real good. Anyway, can anyone tell me anything about this testing, and what is supposed to be
a "normal" or "abnormal" result?
