Posted by Jenny on October 03, 1997 at 18:30:49:I have been suffering from night eating for years. I wake up several!times a night and eat food. It doesn't matter what it is. I am fully awake. I will be sleeping very soundly and wake up suddenly and make my way to the kitchen. I've tried everything! Locking myself in my room, eating three good meals a day, not buying food etc. I've often thought of hypnosis. I'm not even sure if it's a sleep problem or an eating problem, but why can't I sleep through the night without getting up for food. I'm not necessarily hungy when I do this. I don't know.
