Posted by Susan Anderson on October 09, 1997 at 20:21:48:Suffer from panic attacks during the day - take .5mg of ativan, once in a.m. and once before bed - not sure it works - however, still have restless leg syndrome which keeps me up for at least 2 hours every night - haven't slept with husband for 10 years, but lately, have been waking up from sleep with a rapid heartbeat - which usually goes back to normal in about 5 to 10 minutes, but is still extremely frightening - I'm 41, recently lost 25 pounds - due to borderline diabetic, and take a multivitamin. Any suggestions? Any answers. My doctor looks at me like I'm crazy when I explain my leg syndrome to her...HELP.
