Thanks for the suggestion of Benderyol.
Unfort. I can't nor am I allowed to take any over
the counter medicines at this time. My Dr. won't even let me take advil for the headaches I get from somewhere more than likely due to my non-sleeping.
I'm already on two different percription medicines one for allegires which I see a specialist on the 16th for and the other is Paxal a anti-depressent that doesn't help me sleep although they told me it would, but won't let me stop taking at this time. b/c they seem to think I need it...

Being desperate for sleep I am.... I haven't slept in so long...yes, I'm always sleeping, but not deep restufl sleep...I never get there...

I've asked about over the counter medicine no, they have told me I can't....and b/c they don't know what's going on with me...this could interfere with the drugs they already have me on...

Thanks for the suggestion... anyway... I appericate you're trying to help.

I'm afraid my sleeping problem is not going to be cured by simple over the counter medicine..I just wish I were able to get help sooner than the 31st but due to my school schedule...and not having a car or being able to drive myself for falling asleep everytime I'm in a car...I can't make it there untill the 31st.
